• Booking details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address and, for trips, any details needed for transport and accommodation.
• Messages you send us on Instagram, WhatsApp, email or by phone.
• Payment confirmation details such as the amount paid and the payment reference. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider (for example Passboard or InstaPay); we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Website usage: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (such as page views and device type) collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies to track you.

How we use your information

• To confirm and manage your booking and contact you about it.
• To arrange transport, accommodation and activities for trips.
• To share important updates about a trip or event you booked.
• To improve our website and our trips and events.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share what is necessary with the partners who deliver your booking — for example hotels, camps, transport providers and venues — and with payment providers to process your payment, or when required by law.

Keeping your information

We keep booking information only as long as needed to deliver the trip or event and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
